How much space does a massage chair need?

A full-size chair is around 54 inches long upright and needs roughly another foot of clearance behind it to recline. We measure your room before we quote so there are no surprises on delivery day.

How long does delivery take?

Seven days from confirmed order under normal conditions, across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Delivery and installation are included within Chennai city limits.

Can I return a chair after delivery?

Only while it is still sealed in its original packing, and a 40% charge on the chair value applies. Once a chair has been unpacked it cannot be returned. Full details are on our terms page — please read it before you pay the advance.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years on the frame, motors and electronics. Upholstery damage and power-surge failures are not covered, which is why we recommend a 1000VA stabiliser with every chair.

Do you supply to clinics and hotels?

Yes. Commercial-duty frames, GST invoicing, and annual maintenance contracts. Ask for the commercial price list.
