Please read this before you pay an advance.

An order is confirmed only once the agreed advance has been received. Until then, no stock is reserved and no delivery date is committed.

The balance is payable before or at the time of delivery, as agreed in writing at the time of order.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. The price on your written quotation or invoice is the price that applies.

Delivery is normally completed within seven (7) days of a confirmed order under normal conditions.

Delivery timelines may extend for reasons outside our control, including transport disruption, supplier delay, natural events, or restricted access at the delivery address.

Delivery and installation are included within Chennai city limits. Transport outside Chennai is quoted separately.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the chair can physically reach the intended room — doorway width, staircase access and lift dimensions. We will advise on this before delivery if asked. Re-delivery due to access failure is chargeable.

A chair may only be returned while it remains in its original sealed packaging and has not been unpacked.

Where such a return is accepted, a charge of forty percent (40%) of the chair value applies, and is deducted from any refund.

Once a chair has been unpacked, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

These terms are disclosed before payment and acceptance of the advance is taken as acceptance of them. If any part of this clause is inconsistent with rights that cannot be waived under Indian law, that law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

Every chair carries a two (2) year warranty on the frame, motors and electronic components from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover: upholstery wear, cuts, staining or damage; damage from power surges or unstable supply; damage from incorrect use, unauthorised repair or relocation by a third party; or normal cosmetic ageing.

We recommend a 1000VA stabiliser with every chair. Failures traced to power supply issues are not covered.

Warranty service is carried out by our own technicians. Warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner unless agreed in writing.

Specifications, dimensions and features are provided by the manufacturer and may be revised without notice.

A GST invoice is issued for every sale. Business customers who need input tax credit should provide their own GSTIN at the time of order, not after the invoice has been raised.

Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the quotation states otherwise.

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number and the details you provide, and use them solely to respond to that enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
